From the letters page: Konoha Training comes from KonohaTraining and is built in Ren'Py. It is a sandbox game built around harem, mind control and pregnancy, starring a male protagonist. Development is ongoing; the current version is Ch.2 v0.23. Available for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android, around 1.2 GB.
