Three-dimensional renders: characters modelled or bought, posed, lit and rendered into scenes, then wired into a visual novel or sandbox. Matching a cartoon source in 3D is hard, so this hub leans toward games based on live-action shows, game series and comics with a realistic look, plus the occasional stylised experiment. Renders mean bigger downloads; the size line in the facts box is worth a glance before you grab.
